Their children were prone to starvation and medical problems, and they did not have an adequate educational system. I have nothing but love for Switched, and cannot wait to continue the story with Torn. Now these trolls are elegant and beautiful and have awesome powers.
So Wendy has to move into a palace with a cold mother when everyone prays for her downfall and another tribe wants to kidnap her for reasons unknown.
Wendy was so damn unlikable.

Not even a phone call to tell them she’s safe? I kept coming back to finish it when i could. These are the creatures that act as antagonists. This is fantasy so I was looking for something different. I really felt for her. It was a nice difference to relate to other YA’s ammanda it made the story of the book more interesting and the outcome less predictable – the books overall were amazing [even though Rtilogy might have changed some of Wendy’s sluttiness: Into this world co Trolls! First time I have read a english book that is so fat.
It was absolutely creative. I guarantee that you have frylle read a series quite like this before. Torn between her heart and her people, between love and duty, Wendy must decide her fate. Amanda Hocking has written some of the most epic battle scenes ever. It is fairly original, has a fun premise and moves quickly. You’re not THAT beautiful.

The Trylle Series : Switched, Torn, Ascend
A different kind of theme, different kind of plot and an entirely different setting to other books I’d ever read. God, I feel that Wendy was being treated worse than a three years old. What a classical example for the ‘Tell, not show’ failure. Once I finished the book I was not left with a whole bunch of questions, brilliantly written and beautifully concluded.
The supposed baddio, the Vittra, attempted to kidnap Wendy at the beginning of the story and then they were nowhere to be found till the ending part.
Learn more about Amazon Prime. I loved them all. But no, please don’t drag him down by making him one of Wendy’s love interests.
Unfortunately I won’t trilogt how I would have felt or experiencing that genuinely but oh well stuff happens. I liked it a lot! I loved having the boxed set from Hocking because I had all the 3 stories to read in sequence. This is a funny little paranormal romance about a girl whose mother hates her and thinks she’s a changeling — but she is. Her zombie series, The Hollowshas been adapted into a graphic novel by Dynamite. She kind amanfa sounds like a badass at the beginning and then she turns in this whiny, please-Finn-save-me thing.

Switched (Trylle #1) by Amanda Hocking
I wanted aamnda see more of a brave Wendy, a risk-taker, the girl with the temper. She has grown up thinking she’s evil because her mother hates her, calls her a mother and at six years old, tried to kill her. There’s a bonus story “The Vittra Attacks” at the end of the book, which is meant to show us how things go on the Vittra’s side, but this bonus story is hocoing forgettable and not impressive in anyway.
I don’t really get the character of Loki, or rather his actions. Their romance still made no sense to me, but at least it was better frylle her with Finn. It was neatly done, but it was weak. Set up a giveaway. And even though there wasn’t a really obvious love triangle happening in this first book, it’s pretty easy to predict that there is one developing and it will probably tyrlle in one of the next books.
I didn’t find the characters annoying at all really, but I felt they just lacked. I sincerely enjoyed the overall story.
